Photos only go so far. Our showroom on Orangebrook Court in Pickering displays aluminium windows and doors, so you can feel the finish and see the frames up close. Visits are by appointment, and you can book a time online or through the chat.

Good to know for Milton homes
Old Milton and Mill Street
Old Milton has Victorian, Edwardian and other early homes, and the Town has designated houses on Mill Street. A designated home needs a heritage permit for exterior changes like window and door replacement.
New openings need a permit
The Town of Milton says a building permit is needed for new exterior openings such as windows, doors, egress windows and below grade entrances. Check with the Town about a same size swap.
A fast growing town
Milton has grown quickly, with an average resident age of 35.2 in Halton data. If you are in a newer home, your builder's original windows may be the ones you are replacing, so note their size.

For properties designated under the Ontario Heritage Act, the Town's heritage permit guide lists window and door replacement, and Council makes the final decision. If your home is in Old Milton, ask the Town whether it is designated.
